Shigeki Okatani leads the firm’s energy and infrastructure practice. He has extensive experience representing developers, investors and lenders in renewable energy projects, battery storage projects and hydrogen projects. His practice encompasses project development, project finance, transactions involving electricity, gas, environmental attributes, and carbon credits, as well as mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and dispute resolution.
