As a seasoned mergers and acquisitions lawyer with experience in various practice areas and industries, she has been involved in some of the largest and most complex Philippine deals, and has advised on securities, capital markets, corporate restructuring, foreign investments, energy and infrastructure, mining, manufacturing, telecommunications, real estate, retail, and FinTech transactions. She has represented several clients, including publicly-listed companies, multinational firms, Japanese trading firms (sogo shosha), financial institutions, private equity funds as well as domestic and foreign investors in these practice areas.
