Hans Leube focuses on merger and acquisition (M&A) transactions, particularly those involving private equity and growth capital investments. Over the course of more than 20 years, Peter has represented private equity and infrastructure funds as well as strategic companies in M&A transactions and investments in the technology, telecommunications, and media sectors. Peter additionally advises clients on restructurings and distressed M&A. Trilingual, Peter speaks English, French, and German. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Peter served as co-head of the international private equity group and as national head of the corporate group at another international law firm. He also spent more than three years in a management role at one of Germany’s largest broadband providers, helping the company through a financial restructuring.
