Myriam Barahona has focused her practice on commercial, financial and corporate advice matters, either at national or foreign levels. She has broad experience in infrastructure and energy project finance, banking finance, investment funds and in the placement of shares and bonds. She worked as a foreign associate at Allen & Overy LLP New York, USA (2007 – 2008).
