Eugenio Besa Bio

Eugenio Besa concentrates his practice in corporate and M&A, capital markets and project finance. His experience covers a broad range of corporate transactions, including acquisitions, and project financing. Previously, he worked for approximately two years as a lawyer in the Tax Department of KMG Peat Marwick in Santiago. He is an Arbitrator of the Arbitration Center of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce.
