Carlos Silva leads the Projects and Infrastructure practice at Morales & Besa, concentrating his practice in the development and financing of projects and in the purchase and sale of companies, with emphasis in the infrastructure and energy sectors and in public-private partnership (PPP) projects. He worked as an international associate at the law firm of Shearman & Sterling, New York, United States of America (1999 – 2000).
