Andrea Diaz has focused her practice in capital markets transactions, corporate governance and financial market regulation. She leads the Capital Markets practice of Morales & Besa, advising corporations and other regulated entities on compliance with capital markets regulations. She joined Morales & Besa in 2007 and has been a partner since July 2020.
