Will Pearce is a solicitor in the corporate team. He joined Moorcrofts in 2012, after having trained and qualified in 2010 at BPE Solicitors LLP in Cheltenham. He acts on a wide variety of transactions for both individual and corporate clients, based both in the UK and abroad, including public companies (many of which are listed on AIM and similar markets). In particular, Will specialises in company acquisitions and disposals, reorganisations, investments, fundraisings, shareholders agreements and corporate governance matters.
