Nicola Bennett specialises in corporate law with a focus on transactional work including acquisitions and disposals (both share and asset related) and investor fundraisings. She also advises on a wide variety of corporate restructuring matters including capital reductions, share repurchases, demergers and hive-ups and has acted on some complex transactions often involving cross border aspects. Aside from transactions, Nicola also handles general corporate governance matters such as shareholder agreements, share schemes, directors’ duties, board procedures and company secretarial issues.
