Kate Prentis undertakes a range of corporate transactional and advisory work. Her transactional work focuses primarily on sales and acquisitions and corporate reorganisations, including share exchanges, hive ups, capital reductions, share repurchases and demergers. She also specialises in advising on corporate governance and compliance matters, including reporting requirements, company secretarial matters, shareholders’ agreements and share schemes.
