Philippe Lauzeral Bio

Philippe Lauzeral has more than 30 years of experience in litigation, pre-litigation and arbitration proceedings. He assists his clients in complex litigation, mainly in the fields of business law, corporate law and commercial law (invoking guarantees of assets and liabilities, disputes between shareholders, whether or not bound by a shareholders' agreement, litigation relating to an acquisition/disposal contract or breach of commercial relations, unfair competition), as well as white collar crime, on both national and international level. Prior to joining Moncey Avocats, Philippe was a founding partner at CVML where he developed for more than 15 years, the litigation and arbitration practice. Philippe is a graduate from the Universities of Paris II Panthéon-Assas (Magistere in Business Law / DJCE / DESS in Business and Tax Law) and Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (DESS in European Law).
