Morten Krogsgaard Bio

Morten Krogsgaard heads the Corporate Finance practice and is a member of the Firm’s board of directors. Morten has more than 25 years of experience in domestic, cross-border and international finance. He advises Danish and international lenders and borrowers on large finance transactions on inter alia, investment grade lending, acquisition financing, project financing, asset financing, debt capital markets, structured financing, and regulatory capital.
