Geoff Schneider practises in the business law department with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate and commercial matters. He has experience in advising private corporations and shareholders on the purchase and sale of businesses, shareholder and partnership agreements, corporate finance, regulatory matters, commercial leasing matters and corporate structuring, organizational and governance matters.
