Joseph Ronca Bio

Joe concentrates his practice on mergers and acquisitions, with a particular focus on representing private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in both buy-side and sell-side transactions. He regularly advises clients across a variety of industries on complex, middle-market deals, including acquisitions, divestitures, and recapitalizations. Joe also counsels founder-led and family-owned businesses during strategic exits, providing guidance throughout the full lifecycle of the transaction—from preparation and structuring to negotiation and closing. In addition to his M&A work, Joe has experience in leveraged finance and other commercial lending transactions and continues to advise clients on general corporate matters. Prior to joining the firm, Joe practiced in the New York office of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, and he served as a judicial clerk for the Hon. Richard C. Wesley, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
