John’s practice focuses on the representation of public and private companies and investment banks in capital markets transactions. He also advises public and private companies and investors in connection with mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, and securities and general corporate matters. Prior to joining Mintz, John was an associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell, LLP in New York, and at Willkie Farr & Gallagher, LLP in New York and London. John received his J.D. from University of Pennsylvania Law School. He received a B.S.F.S. from Georgetown University School of Foreign Service. During law school, he was an associate editor of the Journal of International Economic Law. John is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and New York.
