Brandon Barker Bio

Brandon’s practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, sale-leasebacks, leasing and developments of data center, industrial, office, technology, and multifamily projects. His experience also includes the structuring of joint ventures and transfers of equity interests. Before joining Mintz Levin, Brandon practiced as a real estate associate in other law firms in California. While in law school, he served as Executive Articles Editor of the Washington Law Review. In his free time, Brandon enjoys endurance and mountain sports and reading about Russian history.
