I am widely recognised for my expertise in all aspects of corporate and securities law. My practice spans the energy and resources, agribusiness, infrastructure and financial services industries. I have specific experience to offer in the medical services, chemicals, electricity, mining services, farming and logistics, and water sectors. I specialise in both regulated and unregulated mergers and acquisitions, with particular expertise in trade sales and acquisitions, takeovers and schemes of arrangement. Additionally, I advise on complex joint ventures and shareholder arrangements, including corporate governance issues.
