I am an experienced lawyer with a significant corporate advisory background. My areas of expertise include public and private mergers and acquisitions (M&A), equity capital markets transactions, Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) and ASX Listing Rules advices, buy-backs and capital reductions, shareholders agreements and joint ventures, shareholder notices of meeting and directors' duties advices and responding to and initiating shareholder activity. I have been involved in a number of high profile public M&A transactions and capital raisings, including initial public offerings (IPOs) and secondary raisings. I advise across a broad range of industries, including agriculture, life sciences, professional services, IT, FMCG, resources and mining, travel and pharmaceuticals and always provide clear, concise and commercial advice to meet my clients’ needs.
