Steve Latham Bio

I am an experienced corporate and commercial practitioner with a focus on franchising and retail brands, sports and entertainment, private equity and corporate advisory work. I act for numerous national and international franchisors and have assisted more than 100 start-up brands. My breadth of experience in private equity and corporate advisory work includes capital raisings, employee share schemes, share buybacks, and joint venture formation and unwinding. I pride myself on always adding value for my clients, and being proactive, responsive and easy to deal with.
