Bio

I am an experienced corporate M&A adviser and work closely with a range of organisations to structure and implement acquisitions, disposals and restructures, as well as strategic governance projects. I have a particular focus on the financial services, health and education sectors, as well as working for governments and other public sector clients. I have almost 20 years' experience as a corporate M&A adviser, and specialise in private M&A and corporate advisory matters across industries. I am strategic and commercial in focus, and my work regularly involves leading and coordinating large transaction teams on multifaceted matters, as well as advising boards and senior executives on their duties and the management of risk. I have particular expertise assisting clients to undertake transactions and manage strategic governance issues in highly regulated sectors, including banking, insurance, health and education. I am a member of the Law Council of Australia's Corporations Committee and a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia.
