I have more than 25 years’ experience advising Australian and international public and private companies, private equity funds and financial institutions. I am regularly ranked as one of Australia’s leading mergers and acquisitions and capital markets lawyers by Chambers Global and Best Lawyers. I regularly advise on public and private mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings and secondary capital raisings, as well as all matters relating to foreign investment. I have also acted on numerous hostile and friendly takeover transactions and appeared in more than 15 proceedings before the Takeovers Panel. My practice spans many industries including technology media and telecom, health and energy and resources.
