I am a leading M&A advisor to Australian and International institutions on acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and restructures. I have a particular focus on the financial services and real estate industries. I have over 20 years' experience advising on complex and large scale M&A. I am the practice group leader of the Sydney M&A team and I sit on the Global Investments Committee of the Property Council of Australia.
