Kate Koidl Bio

I advise Australian and international clients on M&A transactions across a wide range of industry and business sectors. I have a particular focus on private capital transactions in the infrastructure, real estate, healthcare, technology, financial services and consumer sectors. Kate was named M&A Partner of the Year at the Lawyers Weekly Partner of the Year Awards 2023. Kate was nominated as finalist for Dealmaker of the Year at the Lawyers Weekly Women in Law Awards 2022. Kate is also experienced in directors' duties and advising boards having completed the Australian Institute of Company Directors' Course and an MSc in law and finance at the University of Oxford (Lady Margaret Hall).
