I am a leading M&A, private wealth and corporate advisory specialist predominantly for public and private companies, funds and high net worth individuals and their portfolio companies across a number of industries. I have acted for a number of founders in developing and driving the implementation of their business plans and strategies including to the ultimate sell down and exit in whole or in part. My primary focus is to take the time to work with clients to build trusted relationships in order to develop a clear and strong understanding of my client's businesses from an operational and strategic perspective. This enables me to become a trusted advisor in managing my client's legal and commercial portfolio.
