James Kearney Bio

I am an experienced commercial litigator with a focus on construction, engineering and energy matters, along with broad general commercial litigation expertise. I work closely with my clients to proactively minimise risk and resolve potential disputes. Sometimes litigation cannot be avoided; I have significant experience in arbitration and litigation proceedings where I always work to maximise the outcome for my client. My aim in providing advice or managing litigation is to ensure that clients receive the right mix of technical knowledge, strategic problem solving and pragmatic support.
