I specialise in handling domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, equity capital market transactions, and regulatory and compliance issues faced by listed companies. I also have broad experience in advising various types of debt financing transactions (with a focus on private placement of bonds), secondary debt trading, and debt restructuring transactions. George is a Partner in our Hong Kong office.
