As a member of the finance team, I specialise in corporate and acquisition finance. My experience includes advising lenders, private equity houses, sponsors and corporate borrowers on a broad range of corporate and finance work including complex and structured syndicated financing arrangements, leveraged acquisitions, and capital markets transactions. My work includes syndicated and bilateral bank debt, leveraged finance, public company takeover finance, debt capital markets issuance and vendor finance. I take pride in my legal, commercial and practical judgement, being able to isolate and advise on the key issues of concern to my clients while maintaining an overall focus on the broader commercial objectives. I have worked on numerous cross-border international transactions, both in Australia and London. My experience on large multinational transactions makes me a valuable resource for Australian-based multinational companies with international financing arrangements.
