Over three decades, I have developed strong experience in corporate financing transaction, including acquisition financing, property financing, project financing and commodity-based financing transactions within Australia and overseas. I am adept at handling the complex issues that confront borrowers (both major corporations and mid-caps) as well as financiers (both domestic and international).
