I am a leading M&A, private capital and corporate advisory specialist, acting for various private and listed clients in a range of corporate contexts and industries. I have acted for a number of founders in developing and driving the implementation of their business plans and strategies and, ultimately, realising the value of their investment through a sell-down or exit.
