My practice spans many industries, including banking and finance, construction, health care, manufacturing, media, mining and pharmaceuticals. I advise on a diverse range of transaction types. These include public mergers and acquisitions; global offerings; initial public offerings (IPOs) and other public and private equity raisings; privatisations and corporatisations; financial services, corporate governance and regulation; foreign investment; managed investment schemes; and various forms of schemes of arrangement.
