My practice focuses on equity offerings on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (HKSE) and advising listed companies on securities law, corporate finance matters, and regulatory compliance. I advise on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate and commercial matters. I have acted for numerous issuers and sponsors in relation to initial public offerings and listings on HKSE. I oversee the corporate services team in our Hong Kong Office. Anne is a Partner in our Hong Kong office.
