Richard Craig Bio

Richard Craig is head of the Restructuring and Insolvency team, with a background in disputes and litigation. He regularly attends before the High Court to deal with various types of insolvency proceedings. His experience in the field enables him to advise Insolvency practitioners, major lenders, companies, partnerships and individuals on all aspects of restructuring and insolvency. Richard is a member of the Law Society of Northern Ireland Non-Contentious Business Committee and he is also an Insolvency law tutor at The Institute of Professional Legal Studies at Queen’s University Belfast.
