Wura Dasylva is a Partner in the Corporate and Commercial Group at Miller Thomson, where she focuses on mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, corporate governance, and a wide range of general corporate matters. In her mergers and acquisitions practice, Wura regularly advises businesses on structuring and negotiating purchase and sale transactions, as well as complex business arrangements. Her banking and finance experience includes acting for financial institutions, private lenders, and corporate borrowers on a variety of financing transactions. Wura’s experience spans industries such as banking, real estate, agribusiness, automotive, retail, and hospitality. Prior to being called to the Saskatchewan Bar, Wura practiced at a leading national law firm in Nigeria. Wura is an active member of the Law Society of Saskatchewan and the Canadian Bar Association. Her academic achievements include the Manitoba Graduate Scholarship and the David T. Sgayias Graduate Fellowship.
