Sarah Langille Bio

Sarah Langille is a Partner in Miller Thomson’s Business Law Group, with a focus on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, as well as the emerging growth and venture capital sectors. She excels in private M&A, acting for private corporations engaging in asset or share sales. She also provides general business and corporate advice to clients regarding operational and transactional matters and has advised early-stage start-ups and high-growth companies on all legal matters in order to make themselves investment ready. Outside of the office, Sarah has demonstrated her commitment to her community as a volunteer with various organizations including a board member and executive committee member of Business & Education Partnership of Waterloo Region.
