Paul Neville Bio

Paul Neville’s practice focuses on corporate, commercial and transactional matters in a broad range of industries, including agriculture, technology, real estate, manufacturing, film, television, and broader entertainment sector. Paul has extensive experience advising on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, capital investments, joint ventures and partnerships, complex shareholder arrangements, and other corporate and commercial matters. He has advised on a range of corporate transactions, and brings a thoughtful, client-centered approach to each file. Paul was a part-time instructor at the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University, and has been involved in the arts community for many years, including supporting independent productions and creative projects.
