Dwayne has built trusted relationships and has an excellent reputation with his clients, other lawyers, accountants, bankers, and other advisers. Dwayne enjoys working with a team of advisers to provide the best results for each client. Dwayne has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions and related transactions of all sizes. He also assists companies in financing and refinancing transactions, reorganizations, commercial contracts, and general corporate matters. When assistance outside his expertise is required, Dwayne is able to depend on a team of colleagues to support his clients. Dwayne also has a great deal of experience in real estate transactions including acquisitions, sales, financing, and leasing. Dwayne has worked on and structured highly complex purchase and sale transactions with sophisticated parties and significant deal values. In conjunction with his real estate practice, Dwayne has also developed his skills in private equity placements in both the equity and debt markets.
