Sara Reznicek represents government contractors, technology and cyber companies, medical practices, nursing homes, hospitals, and other businesses and individuals in a broad array of corporate governance, government contract, and business transaction matters. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions; restructurings; corporate, limited liability company, and partnership transactions; and business entity formation, governance, and succession planning. Her experience includes contract negotiation and drafting, secured lending transactions, new business ventures, entity formation, and stockholder and other owner agreements. Sara regularly works with clients on government contracts matters, including but not limited to disputes over business dispositions, stock and asset acquisitions and dispositions, prime contracts, subcontracts, and teaming agreements as well as leasing real property to the General Services Administration and other federal government agencies. Sara is a magna cum laude graduate of Creighton University School of Law (2008), where she was Editor in Chief of the Creighton University Law Review, and a 2006 summa cum laude graduate from Creighton University College of Business Administration. She has lectured and written on several topics related to estate and business succession planning, formation and organization of business entities and best practices in financing transactions. Before joining Miles & Stockbridge, Sara worked as a corporate lawyer in private practice at a law firm in Omaha, Nebraska and more recently at Gordon Feinblatt LLC.
