Jonathan Stoian handles a wide variety of corporate finance, business transactions (mergers and acquisitions/private equity) and capital markets matters. He represents asset-based lenders, mezzanine lenders, financial institutions and other business creditors in a full range of transactions, policy and strategies. He currently serves as counsel to lenders with offices in Baltimore, Philadelphia, New York, Chicago, Charlotte, Atlanta and Columbus, Ohio.
