Scott Golenbock is a partner in the New York office of Milbank and a member of the firm’s Corporate Group. Mr. Golenbock’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and corporate and securities law matters, and he has been involved in negotiated and hostile acquisitions, cross-border transactions, divestitures, joint ventures, spin-offs, corporate restructurings and corporate governance matters. He has advised public and private companies in a variety of industries, including hospitality, gaming, health care, energy, financial services, retail and technology, as well as financial sponsors.
