Henry Taylor Bio

I am a Partner in the Corporate team at Michelmores, advising on a range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, MBOs and private equity/venture capital investments, both in the UK and cross-border. I lead our Corporate team and sit on the Firm’s Board and Management Group, dealing with both operational matters and the strategic direction of the firm. I joined Michelmores as a trainee in 2006 and became a partner in 2016. In that time, many things about the firm have changed as we have evolved and grown, but our approach to the most important things – the quality of our advice, our culture, our ambition – has remained the same. As co-head of our International Committee, I am responsible for Michelmores’ international strategy and for maintaining the network of firms that we have across the globe. I am also an officer of the International Bar Association (IBA).
