Cathy Bryant Bio

I am a partner in the Corporate team at Michelmores and I head the corporate tax team. For more than 25 years, I have been advising on tax since I qualified as a lawyer in South Africa, having developed a deep interest for the subject at university. I went on to complete an LLM in tax law. It is a dynamic area of law which is constantly changing and adapting as progress and new developments take hold in the business world. I left practice for a time to run a business and I bring that experience to my practice now. Busy people need pragmatic solutions that are forward-looking and my tax advisory practice is aimed at achieving this outcome for clients.
