Alexandra Watson Bio

I’m a Partner in the Corporate team. I specialise in giving commercial, pragmatic advice to corporate clients with a focus on investments, M&A, fundraising and project finance for private equity and corporates in the sustainable economy who share similar values when it comes to operating their businesses in a responsible way. Within that sector, I have particular experience with energy and waste infrastructure projects, financial services and natural capital. I joined Michelmores in 2013, having spent the previous nearly ten years at national firm TLT. I am ranked in Band 3 for Corporate and M&A in independent legal guide Chambers UK, and I am a recommended lawyer for Corporate Commercial by the Legal 500.
