Adam Kean Bio

I am a Partner in Michelmores’ Corporate team based in our Cheltenham and Bristol offices. I advise on a wide range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, disposals, MBOs and private equity/venture capital investments with a particular focus on acting for private equity backed buy-and-build platforms. While my clients span all sectors, I have developed a particular sector specialism acting for clients in the financial services and insurance markets alongside extensive experience in renewable energy. I am noted by clients as being pragmatic and commercial, and always spend the time to fully understand their needs and objectives, allowing a fully integrated approach to working together.
