Bio

Jared Foley is a partner in M&R’s New York office and member of the firm’s Class Action & Complex Litigation Practice Group. He focuses on the representation of corporations, shareholders and executives in complex commercial, securities and white-collar criminal actions in state and federal court, as well as in AAA and JAMS arbitrations and in mediations. Having honed his skills at Weil, Gotshal & Manges, LLP and other notable law firms in NYC, Jared is a quarterback in all aspects of litigation from development of case strategy to appeals. Notably, Jared has argued in the New York State Court of Appeals and in the Second Circuit. Jared is sought after for his work handling class actions; Unfair Trade Practices disputes; labor, EEOC employment and wage and hour cases; adversary proceedings in bankruptcy court; intellectual property and trade secret litigation; legal and professional malpractice matters; and real estate issues. While a law student at Columbia University, Jared was a staff editor of the National Black Law Journal
