Timothy Burkard Bio

Timothy Burkard acts as corporate counsel to privately held and publicly traded businesses. Tim represents these entities in a wide range of matters including mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, real estate transactions, organizational structuring, strategic planning, and franchising. Tim also represents private equity and venture capital firms in middle market mergers and acquisitions. As a former officer with a large national financial institution, Tim’s banking experience brings depth to his practice advising his business clients. Tim is the Managing Partner for the firm’s Manitowoc, Wisconsin office.
