Daniel Gawronski is an approachable, energetic, and trusted partner with a practice focusing on general business and other corporate matters. As a member of the firm’s Venture Best® Team, Dan advises early-stage and emerging growth companies throughout their lifecycle, including business plan review, corporate or limited liability company formation, stock options and other equity incentive plans, corporate governance, debt and equity financing strategies, corporate reorganizations and buyouts, and other general corporate matters. Prior to joining Michael Best, Dan worked as a legal intern at Jockey International, Inc.
