Tram Ha Bio

Tram Ha is an attorney in Messerli Kramer’s Corporate Group, where she works with businesses and business owners across an array of industries on a wide variety of corporate matters, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions and commercial transactions. Tram works with companies at all stages and of all sizes and assists clients with corporate transactions, corporate governance issues, commercial agreements, and other corporate matters. Prior to joining Messerli Kramer, Tram was an associate in at a mid-size firm on the east coast. While in law school, Tram was a judicial intern in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Staff Editor on the Temple Law Review, member of the Temple Moot Court Competition Team, and Co-President of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association.
