Laura Brown is a partner in the Banking and Finance team specialising in real estate finance. She has a wealth of experience acting for leading lenders, on a senior and mezzanine basis, in relation to commercial and residential property development and investment, refinances, and property portfolio financing arrangements. Laura advises on funding across a wide range of asset classes, including residential development, student accommodation, hotels and other leisure facilities, offices, business parks, shopping centres and retail parks.
