Yehuda Dolev is a partner in the firm’s Banking and Finance Group. Hudy represents clients in the fields of banking and finance, payment services, digital financial services, “open finance”, compliance and corporate governance, compensation for senior executives, reporting obligations, etc. Hudy has extensive experience in representing banks, other financial institutions and fintech companies in complex transactions and before regulatory and governmental authorities such as the Bank of Israel.
