Victor Terner Bio

Victor Terner is a Partner in the firm’s Tax Group. Victor has extensive experience advising clients on tax aspects in a wide range of international and domestic transactions including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, financings, inter-company agreements, and equity-based compensation plans. In addition, Victor is frequently involved in handling tax rulings from the Israel Tax Authority on a variety of tax matters, including group restructurings, tax withholding arrangements, and the taxation of equity incentives granted to employees and consultants. Victor is also a Certified Public Accountant and prior to joining Meitar, worked in the Israeli tax department of BDO Ziv Haft, Certified Public Accountants.
